Tinley Beverage Company Opens New Facility For Cannabis-Infused Beverages

Tinley Beverage Company has launched a new facility to aid in the packaging of Cannabis-Infused Beverages.

Tinley Beverage Company, the producer of a line of cannabis-infused spirit and mixed drink enlivened beverages, has finished work on its West Coast creation office, where it will give turnkey co-packing administrations to different cannabis refreshment brands.

Located in Long Beach, California, the facility is said to be 20,000 square feet. The facility will include formulation, batching, and co-packing services - along with consultation services for branding and compliance issues. This new facility will serve as Tinley’s US headquarters.

Founder and CEO of Tinley, Jeffery Maser said that this new facility can produce up to 12 million bottles per year. The facility will also be able to formulate products in a wide range of beverage categories, including coffee, tea, CSDs, flavored water, non-alcoholic wine and beer, and cocktail style beverages. The new Tinley facility will also produce packaging in both glass and plastic bottles.

Tinley Beverage Company was an exhibitor at the 2019 Cannabis Drinks Expo that took place in San Francisco on July 25. Along with exhibiting at #CDE2019, Jeff Maser, Founder, and CEO of Tinley Beverage Company was also a guest speaker at the conference. He shared his experience and insights on “The Barriers To Cannabis Beverage Category Growth”

“When we launched the Tinley brand, we did a pretty exhaustive search for co-packers and found that the existing cannabis beverage companies weren’t offering their lines up,” Maser told BevNET. “We found there was a very limited number of large scale beverage manufacturing facilities in the state [of California] that had cannabis licenses on them…. There was an enormous opportunity to fill that void.”

As indicated by Maser, a few individuals from the Tinley official group have recently worked for national co-packer and wholesaler Cott Corporation, including executive Ted Zittell who recently filled in as the president and overseeing chief of Cott's universal retail marks business. Maser noted Zittell has experience creating hearty co-pressing administrations in the CSD space, which he said will make an interpretation of Tinley's arrangements to grow the market for cannabis-injected drinks.

Tinley has additionally banded together with a few California-based cannabis merchants to give DSD administrations to drinks, Maser said. The organization possesses a few trucks which it advances to accomplices and furthermore prepares wholesalers on refreshment marketing, including assignments, for example, fridge positioning, stickers, rack design, advancements, shopkeeper awareness, and bonuses.

"From hemp-based sports drinks to cocktails that get you high, science has finally cracked the code to making cannabis beverages that don't taste awful, quoted Jonathan Bloom from NBC Bay Area News.
