Cannabis, Environmental and Food/Beverage Specialist
At my current position at LGC I have not only been tasked with bringing a new product line to market in the US, but also understanding and selling all of LGC's products to the country's largest laboratory chains. I am heavily involved in market research, product development and technical support and sales.
As the organics specialist I have taken a relatively unknown product line in North America, Dr Ehrenstorfer, and worked to gain brand recognition, research into the North American market's needs and worked to develop and bring the identified products to market as stock items. I have also been directly involved marketing, sales, technical support and identification of business sectors that have a need for organic reference materials.
As the key account manager I am responsible for the largest cannabis, environmental, food, oil/gas, consumer products and many more laboratories across all of North America. This includes identifying multiple levels of contacts at thoughout the organization and introducing all of LGC's 100,000+ products to them. I am involved all the way through the introduction to negotiation and execution of agreements that are mutually benificial for all parties involved. I have designed a step by step execution model to ensure a smooth transition from the products currently being utilized to a complete or near complete change over to LGC's comparable products. We have been through a number of these transitions since this role was created with great success for both the client and LGC. I am in constant contact with each individual lab to ensure our products are running smoothly and if a problem does occur corrective action is taken immediately.
