Mary Clarke is the Assistant General Counsel for the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA). Mary joined WSWA from Lyft where she served as Legislative Policy Advisor, managing a variety of legislative and regulatory issues on behalf of the company. Prior to Lyft, she served as counsel to the Maryland House Economic Matters Committee which handled a wide range of subject areas including alcohol, tobacco, and ,now, cannabis legislation. Mary is a native of South Florida and holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
