Christina Visco (Chris) is a retail and cannabis professional who began her cannabis career after she was issued a license as the only WBE, Woman Owned, medical marijuana dispensary chain in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She also received the highest score on her application in SE Pennsylvania. In just three years, her operating experience produced the highest volume stores (3) in Pennsylvania. In November 2020, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania issued Chris a second license to operate an additional 3 stores. Chris continues her market expansion by being awarded licenses in Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, West Virginia and most recently Illinois. West Virginia, operated under TerraLeaf Dispensaries, was the first dispensary to open in Huntington as well as the first all women owned Education Center.  

In her role as CEO, Chris’s passion for educating the community first and foremost has always been a top priority. Chris’s mission has always been to employ the best and brightest experienced professionals to educate consumers on the responsible use of marijuana products. Chris is also deeply committed to developing a diverse culture and talented workforce which reflects the community they serve. Chris establishes all the initiatives for the company, creating a culture of inclusion, diversity, stewardship, compliance, and patient focused care. Chris prides herself in building communities and a local work force so everyone rises together.  

In 2019 Chris was diagnosed with breast cancer giving her a new perspective, as not only a cannabis purveyor, but a cannabis patient treating her cancer with Rick Simpson Oil. Chris continues to be an advocate for the potential benefits of cannabis.
