As we return to on-site events once more, the safety of our attendees (and industry at large) is a top priority. As such, we will be adhering to the most up-to-date CDC, State of CA, and County guidance for our events. Per the California Department of Public Health, all attendees are required to provide proof of fully vaccinated status*

*Fully vaccinated

  • Definition: People are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19: two weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna or other vaccine authorized by the World Health Organization), or two weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen). See current CDPH Guidance for Fully Vaccinated Persons for definitions, acceptable vaccines, and updates on additional vaccines as they are approved.
  • Verification: See current Options for Providing Proof of Vaccination in the CDPH Vaccine Record Guidelines & Standards for acceptable methods of vaccine verification.

Along with updating our floorplan to allow for larger aisles to accommodate social distancing, we will also require masks to be worn by all attendees while indoors.

A negative COVID-19 test will no longer be sufficient—only proof of full vaccination will be acceptable for attendees for indoor gatherings at events.

Please note that these requirements are for everyone in attendance –visitors, exhibitors, vendors, media, speakers, and staff are expected to comply with our health and safety requirements.

Please bring your proof of vaccination to show at the registration desk as you check-in for the event. You can show your Vaccination Record Card (CRC) from the CDC. Or you can show an image of the card if you have a picture on your phone. Or you can use a digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California. You can also use an approved private app to verify your vaccination status. For overseas attendees, you can show proof of vaccination from your country.

If you don’t have your card, find out other ways to verify you have been vaccinated.

Please be sure to plan accordingly.
